Suggestions to round out my Esper deck

Looking for some recommendations to round out this deck. My land base isn't built out yet so don't pay attention to that. I will be adding Sol Ring, Nightscape Familiar, and Ethersworn Adjudicator to bring it up to 90.
So, basically it's some Esper good stuff from a 75 card deck I had for multiplayer along with some random cards I had laying around.
Primarily focusing on ramping into the Sphinx's and other high cost creatures while maintaining some board control. There's a secondary approach of Proliferate with use of -1/-1 counters and Planeswalkers, though not heavily utilized it's more or less for that surprise effect should something develop but there's room to add support for it.
Casual play, keeping additions to under $2 right now, trying to avoid Infect and Infinite Combo's as well. Commander Is Sharuum right now but could be Sens or Merieke.

I would add more countermagic like Countersquall or others, and maybe add in some more artifact synergies once you have a higher budget
