Help with first commander deck

Im building around muldrotha, the gravetide which is coming up in Dominaria. Trying to figure out the most powerful build. Dredge combo? Tribal?(wizards, zombies, murfolk, slivers, allies? Elves) ETB toolbox? Secret commanders?(Ezuri and Meren? Help!? Im also trying to keep it $150 or less

ETB could be fun -- I'd be tempted to start with G/B sacrifice but add an element from blue, probably U/B zombies. You've got some cool elementals with evoke triggers, could do elemental sub-tribal theme - Mulldrifter etc.
Could be fun to combine this commander with delirium triggers - dump stuff in your graveyard to get delirium and play everything else back out.

I am making the same deck.i found cards that are really good for the deck. BUDGET
mystic remora (2$) second chance (3$) pernicious deed (2$) grave pact (14$)(slightly less budget) dictate of erebos (4$) NON-BUDGETmesmeric orb (21$) Lion's eye diamond (227$)
any seal would be great for your deck, and maybe wasteland if you want to go more of a stax side approach you can throw in contamination, infernal darkness, Reality Twist, Liliana of the Vail, smokestacks, and tangle wire.

I really do like what you have now with the aristocrats style deck.

I prob do it as a etb/ltb tool box. Using any relevant sagas, enchantments/artifacts that sac themselves for benefit. As you can reuse them.
But with the high cmc of commander, you will need a good ramp package.
