Converting to Hapatra

I've had a Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest deck for a while, and wanted to convert it into Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons because Hapatra is better at breaking stax parity with her snake tokens.

The description is not that detailed yet (I meant- at all haha), but the game plan involves shutting down opponents' boards and then beating down with creatures. I'm keeping the deck under $115 for budget reasons, and also any clever names for the deck title would be appreciated! Thanks!

Were you considering adding more -1/-1 counter synergies? Because if not, your deck doesn't have much synergy with your commander. I would consider an alternate commander, like Meren of Clan Nel Toth

SteelSentry I'm well-aware, so I want suggestions for cuts so I can have Hapatra produce snakes.
