BUG goodstuffs

My competitive multiplayer meta has led me to abandon goal-oriented decks and build a "Goodstuffs" deck around Tasigur, the Golden Fang. I'm not too familiar with how to build a deck like this, so I'm looking to the community for advice and suggestions.

I'm trying to balance removal, utility, countermagic, etc., but most of that comes from experience with my most common opponents. I'd like to know what's worked in YOUR experiences? Sadly, cards like Sheoldred, Whispering One NEVER survive to my next turn, so is often just a waste of 7 mana to pull someone's answer to it (kill, counter, clone, steal, etc), and will never make it back to my hand thru Taz's ability.
