Took out Cabal Ritual for Beseech the Queen. Most of the times if i did pull cabal ritual i didn't have threshold in this deck.

Hex is a fun removal spell in EDH; you get more bang for just one card slot. Especially if you tend to play multiplayer. Also, I like the card card:Vampire's Bite but if it is here for lifegain more than the 3 damage at instant speed I might go with Vampiric Link . Still on theme, still cheap but hopefully gets to stick around for a minute. Plus, you have the added bonus of being able to put it on an opponents creature and you still gain the life when that creature deals damage.
