Updated Deck List —March 13, 2021
I took out a lot of creatures that didn't have wither / infect to make room for those that do. I still kept a few in, such as Bloodfire Dwarf and Footlight Fiend because I can give them wither with enchantments or equipment and they can give it out to specific targets or everyone. I've also upped the poison factor so that my opponent is more encouraged to block to avoid the poison counters and instead get wither damage.

I love this commander. One of my friends plays it and it's brutal.
Blur of Blades is a decent way to get counters on a creature.
Cartouche of Ambition is excellent with your Commander. Lifelink is great.
Mark of Mutiny lets you steal a beefed creature for a turn and give it back to them completely useless.
Puncture Bolt is a straight-up kill spell in the early game and a pacifism with your commander.
Unexpected Fangs is another one of those cards that you can use either on your creatures or your opponents'.
You could be running much better creatures in your deck. Make sure you have as many infect creatures as possible (I think you are missing a couple). I would cut Banehound, Boggart Brute, Footlight Fiend, Frontline Devastator, Gluttonous Slug, Goblin Champion, Gravedigger, Infectious Horror, Pestilent Kathari, Putrid Goblin, Scorch Spitter, Skittering Heartstopper and Vraska's Butcher to make room for more value-oriented creatures and typical Pauper fatties to finish the game.
