I would up the rabblemasters to 4, replacing a goblin king. And replace the other goblin kings with 2 mountains, cause 17 is way too low. And kick the wardrivers and 1 krenko for some more Lightning Bolt main.

And it will work good if you have an actual sideboard rather than more burn or goblins that would never be sided in over other goblins.

Krenko its probably to slow for this kind of aggressive deck, i would put the bolts in the main, maybe add some searing bloods and if you can afford it splash white for Boros Charm , a good way of close out games and a wrath protection all in one, also i'll cut warren instigator and wardriver, with that low curve you probably dont need a way to cheat thing into play and about wardriver i just dont think he is good enough.
