Bounce cards aren't working like I was thinking —Sept. 14, 2014
After playing the deck 10 times I have held in hand my bounce cards. Never really needed to cast them, so I'm taking them out.
Removed:
Temporal Fissure, Silent Departure, Boomerang, Disperse and Unsummon.
Added:
Essence Scatter, Remove Soul, Domestication, Illusionist's Gambit and Crystal Ball.

@ Scotch: Ty for you suggestion, however, I don't want to play another boring Prime Speaker Zegana deck.
The P/T creature idea is cool. Eventually I'm gonna add Psychosis Crawler to do some serious work. Other than him, what other creatures would you suggest for a mono-blue mill/control deck?

Seems like you'd mill yourself faster if you just ran Zegana with creatures whose P/T=Cards in hand. run with stuff like Greater Good and generic cloning effects.
