For real, Chatterstorm is okay but not the bird equivalent? C'mon.
Out---Animal Sanctuary, Riptide Laboratory
Really simple change here. I played a game with my opening hand only having 3 colorless sources, and I promptly lost. I checked my deck and realized just how many colorless utility lands I had and had to make concessions. Animal Sanctuary is a huge flavor loss, but i've never used its ability once or ever wished that I had it. Riptide Laboratory was spicy tech that was so cornercase that I won't mind losing it. I've brought this up before, but the deck's weird in the first four turns. One dual land makes the mana perfect, but anything less makes the deck stumble. I've exhausted every birdy dual land, so this is a challenge that will need to stick with me for now.
I've decided to move forward with replacing some of the cards mentioned in the previous update. I'll lower the curve gradually.
