-1 Crypt Ghast, -1 Take Possession
+1 Cemetery Puca, +1 Island
Realized that Crypt Ghast had a white mana symbol in it... oops :P
Since my mana ramp took a bit of a hit from removing Crypt Ghast, I took out Take Possession and replaced it with an Island as well, just to help smooth things out more (and take possession didn't work as well in practice as I hoped it would).

If you ever want to un-budget this you should look at mine. it's called Lazav, Dimir Master of Mine.

There's a lot of cards in that list which I've never heard of before and now I'm really considering Mindleech Mass!
Currently I want to keep it budget for the moment because it's the only deck I can play in that format, but after I finish my budget Jarad deck then I might consider upgrading it. +1 from me
