Vraska the Unseen basically has deathtouch if they swing at her, is a viable kill spell, and also the assassin tokens have "deathtouch" to players. Seems to fit the bill :)

I ran Vraska for a long time, and I wish I had room for her still. She's close enough thematically for me to be okay running her since she gives heself deathtouch. She probably is better than both Garruks to be honest.

I have a friend who runs a golgari kill/jarad pumping modern deck with two vraskas, the second she comes down the game changes honestly. Because of Korozda Guildmage if I can't get rid of Vraska he wins because of the intimidate on the assassins. He also runs a Garruk, Apex Predator for the lols basically. I don't find him much of a threat for my decks but for anything without flying/running a lot of walkers he's good.
