Also for one more mana than Avoid Fate you can cast Heroic Intervention which gives all your guys better than Avoid Fate, plus indestructible on top of it.

For starters you're too deep on dudes unless you're running some kind of Primal Surge deck, which this isn't. You're asking to overextend into a board wipe with too many creatures that don't do a lot alone.

More ramp. You've got some mana dorks, but they die the first second someone drops an Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite or Night of Souls' Betrayal or just casts a wipe. Cultivate and Kodama's Reach are a good start. I'd find a slot for Rampant Growth, Nature's Lore and Skyshroud Claim, plus probably Emerald Medallion.

You need more draw. Harmonize is a good start. Rishkar's Expertise is busted AF. Get one. Selvala's Stampede can do really good work, and Genesis Wave is never bad. Collective Unconscious and Shamanic Revelation are possibly usable here too, and if they are so is Garruk, Primal Hunter who should almost always draw you 4-5 for five mana.

Scavenger Grounds will save your life some game, and it won't hurt you given your lack of colorless lands. Same for Strip Mine when someone starts tapping Cabal Coffers for 14. Plus with those new crazy flip lands from Ixalan everyone gets a Gaea's Cradle and you'll wanna kill that thing ASAP.

There's also Hall of Gemstone but that feels like cheating.

Also Urza's Incubator is absolute garbage in 99% of decks that run it. It actually mostly works in yours though so that's cool to see. The problem with it is people just look at how many of their tribe they run and jam it in. "Hey, I've got 26 elves. Better run an Incubator!". Except the card only fully works on creatures that have 2 colorless mana in their CMC, and half works on creatures with one. There are so many decks where someone is running it with only like 11 creatures with 2 colorless and like 3 with one. They're in effect running a Worn Powerstone that works with like 15% of their cards, and not even fully. Why not just run an actual Worn Powerstone that works with everything at that point?

Like I said though, it pretty much works here.

IMO lots of people are building Edgar wrong, and they're doing so by using good vampires. I know that's counter-intuitive, but I think the key go a good Edgar deck will be as many shitty one-drop vampires as possible, ways to replay/bounce those shitty one-drop vampires (Cloudstone Curio, Erratic Portal, Phyrexian Reclamation) and things that abuse the replaying of those shitty one-drop vampires (Door, Anointed Procession, Cathars' Crusade, Impact Tremors, Oketra's Monument).
