Why? So basically I realized this deck can easily throw 40 cards into your graveyard (if you wish to), but there's no need to get all these cards there. Around 20 is already enough, so drawing more mill cards are not a good thing. Instead, what you need to have is extra cards in your hand to reanimate the zombies. And this is why Pilfered Plans are perfect here. Not only they will mill cards, but it will also speed up your game.
