Ok, based on discussion made some changes:

Removed 2x Butcher of the Horde and 2x Goblinslide, to add aggro. BUT did not remove black all together - i would need to rework whole manabase if I did. Instead, added 2x Ankle Shanker, one additional Swarm and one additional Island.

The reason is, there are some supporting mechanics for counters already, and if I was to remove either one, Slide or Butcher, I would need to remove both - they where here for each other. Instead, decided to make monsters even more powerful and Shanker will help in that (first strike, deathtouch). Now I only need to move in 3x Mantis Rider. Briber's Purse will yield, and maybe the Silent Tempest also.
