I have Arlinn in because I think I will end up topdecking at lot, and Arlinn can make a lot of creatures impact the board right away. Also I would replace them with Chad, but Chad cost a lot of money.
I know what you mean about GDD, but I think it still has a place in this deck.

Seems a little top-heavy. I don't like Arlinn Kord Flip here, more Gideon would be better.
While I used to like Goblin Dark-Dwellers, I don't think it is very well suited in this meta.
I'll give you +1 for the good start, just seems that it needs a little tuning to make it great (again, lol).
