Maybe something like animating the lands with Soilshaper or Spike Tiller, then transferring counters with Fate Transfer? Not sure if that would work or not.

looks like so much fun! If you're wiling to splash white the Kami of False Hope pairs up deliciously well with Shirei. And if you could find room for green, then Soilshaper+Eradicate is soooooooo evil!
