Enchantment

When Mine, Mine, Mine! enters the battlefield, each player puts his or her library into his or her hand.

Each player skips his or her discard phase and does not lose as a result of being unable to draw a card.

Each player cannot play more than one spell each turn.

If Mine, Mine, Mine! leaves the battlefield, each player shuffles his or her hand and graveyard into his or her library.

Not sure if you are looking to take this in a more combo-oriented direction, but if you are, 3x Simian Spirit Guide would let you cast Trouble immediately after Mine, Mine, Mine! hits play. Nice concept!

Oh, I forgot to mention another card from the 1st booster: Glacial Chasm! Probably slipped my mine b/c it went immediately into hard plastic case, then straight into lockbox (Mine, Mine, Mine!).

Contents of Ice Pack the Second:

Rare = Glaciers

Uncommon = Leshrac's Sigil, Wall of Pine Needles, and Baton of Morale ("Can I get some Banding?")

So, no Ski Patrol, but it was really fun & I dont regret the price tag one bit.
