#1I really like this idea and I might try to build a version. I might replace Wily Goblin with Burning-Tree Emissary. It combos with Harmonic Prodigy to give you a free 4-drop and is a 2/2 instead of a 1/1.
I also feel like the white isn't doing enough here. I know ephemerate is really good here, but Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip copies stuff, which also sets the ETB triggers off, and creates a token that combos with Harmonic Prodigy too. I'd suggest getting rid of Boros Charm, Path to Exile, Ephemerate, and Late to Dinner, and adding in 4 Fable of the Mirror Breaker and 2 more Lightning Bolts. Once you take out the dual lands, this might actually end up bringing the overall cost down.
