For a long time Boros has had the reputation as the worst color combination in EDH. People say that white and red's inherent lack of card draw makes it unlikely a Boros deck can ever keep pace in a longer, 4 player game. However, I've developed a system for gaining card advantage in Boros I call the 3 R's. That means Rummaging, Recursion, and Revenge. Green and black get all the credit as being the graveyard colors, but white and red have very powerful recursion. Pair that with red's hyper-efficient rummaging spells, and you can often cheat any permanent you want into play without having to cast it. If anyone needs any advice on building Boros, hopefully I can be of some assistance. I also have an EDH focused Twitter account @LightofSanction. The Legion looks after it's own.
