Zariel, Archduke of Avernus and Neheb, the Eternal interaction.

Will Zariel, Archduke of Avernus's emblem double the amount of red mana from Neheb, the Eternal?
Im sorry i just meant that with the second combat step will it add to the total life lost in order to increase the total red mana generated. Is there a main phase between the two combat steps or just one after all combat is finished?
Edit: upon rereading your answer i understand the rulings. Thank you. Answer marked as accepted.

To your other question: yes, the total life lost in the two combat phases will count towards Neheb's ability when it triggers. If Neheb triggers multiple times, the first one will count everything that happened before it, and the next one will count all of that plus anything that happened since then.

If you're asking whether Neheb will trigger twice, no. Zariel's emblem creates another combat phase directly after the first one, with no additional main phase in-between. Neheb will wait to trigger until the beginning of the postcombat main phase that comes after the additional combat phase.
Contrast this with an effect like Relentless Assault. Assuming you cast it during your postcombat main phase, meaning Neheb has already triggered once, it specifically creates another combat phase followed by another main phase, and Neheb will trigger again at the beginning of that additional main phase.
