Yurlok and legality

On TappedOut, Yurlok of Scorch Thrash is not legal in legacy and vintage. Yet on the Gatherer Yurlok of Scorch Thrash is legal in these formats. Which site is correct? Thank you.

Gatherer would be probably the correct answer. Gatherer is Wizards official site, so it would be the most up to date, while TappedOut might take a while to update. SaffronOlive has also built a Rograkh deck in Legacy so that makes me think Wizards is again the correct answer.
