Would the tokens produced still tap produced by hero of bladehold if intangible virtue is out?

I'm curious as to whether the tokens produced when Hero of Bladehold attacks would still tap if an Intangible Virtue was out.

No, because they are already declared tap and attacking. Vigilance only works when creatures are declared as attackers

Vigilance changes what happens when you declare a creature as an attacker, meaning the declare attackers action you perform at the beginning of the declare attackers step. The tokens made by Hero of Bladehold and other similar effects aren't declared as attackers, they're just thrown directly onto the battlefield attacking. The effect that created them put them there tapped, so that's how they'll stay until something else specifically untaps them.
