Would the effect of jeskai ascendancy still happen if i destroyed it before the other spell resolved?

Lets say my opponent tapped out all his creatures to attack. Now its my turn and the beginning of combat, I attack. He plays Jeskai Charm to untap his creatures but I destroy the Jeskai Ascendancy with Destructive Revelry before it resolves. Does jeskai ascendancy ability's still trigger.

They will still untap.Once your opponent has cast Charm, the abilities on Ascendancy both go on the stack in whatever order your opponent chooses. Since abilities exist regardless of the card they came from, when you destroy Ascendancy, the abilities will both remain on the stack and resolve as normal.
