Worldslayer

So if I equip Worldslayer to a flipped Kruin Outlaw Flip Flip, and then sac my card:Full Moon's Rise before swinging, will my outlaw live or does how does regeneration work exactly? Cause technically it would get procced twice so would the second swing end up killing my wolves or does regen just keep them alive despite how many times they are supposed to die?

As long as you sacrifice card:Full Moon's Rise before combat damage is dealt and Worldslayer triggers, then neither Kruin Outlaw Flip Flip nor your other werewolves will be destroyed. Regeneration literally means the next time it would be destroyed, it isn't. From the MTG Comprehensive Rulebook:
614.8. Regeneration is a destruction-replacement effect. The word instead doesnt appear on the card but is implicit in the definition of regeneration. Regenerate [permanent] means The next time [permanent] would be destroyed this turn, instead remove all damage marked on it and tap it. If its an attacking or blocking creature, remove it from combat. Abilities that trigger from damage being dealt still trigger even if the permanent regenerates. See rule 701.12.

Oh, I did not realize we were dealing with double strike, sorry. No real change, Penumbra is correct, the second swing would not happen as Kruin Outlaw Flip Flip would be removed from combat. All of your werewolves would survive.

Now i believe what would happen is that your Outlaw would survive. This is because the effect of regeneration is "the next time a creature would be destoryed or dealt lethal damage this turn it is instead tapped" this effect also removes the creature from combat so the second swing would never proc (fun to use online gaming terminology =P) and thus she would be fine.

So she would live
