No, Affa Guard Hound will not trigger heroic.
Affa Guard Hound 's ability triggers when it enters the battlefield. At this point, it is a permanent and not a spell.

Yes, Bestow will cast the creature as an aura spell with enchant creature. Aura spells target upon being cast.

No. Heroic would require the spell itself to target.
Affa Guard Hound at the time that its ETB trigger is placed on the stack is no longer a spell. It is now a permanent, and its targeting is an ability.
