Who has control after multiple Mind Controls?

If I Mind Control a creature, then my opponent does who has control in the end?Also, if i cast 2 Mind Control s then they cast one who has control?

When multiple continuous effects would be applied in the same layer (control-changing is its own layer), you use timestamp to determine which one takes precedence over the others. The most recent Mind Control would be the one that takes over. If that one gets destroyed, then precedence would revert to whichever Mind Control was the next most recent.

The most recent effect takes precedence, so whoever cast the most recent Mind Control would have control of the enchanted creature.

what if you played something like Homeward Path ?

then Homeward Path becomes the most recent effect, and then all players gain control of the creatures they own.
