When multiple constellation cards re-enter the battlefield does each one trigger each other one.

Specifically, if two Strength from the Fallen were to be exiled by one Detention Sphere , and that sphere was later destroyed by a Golgari Charm would both strengths see each other, triggering twice each: once as itself entered the battlefield and then again as the other one enters allowing one creature to get +X/+X times four for each creature in its owner's graveyard?

Yes. Whenever multiple permanents enter or leave the battlefield simultaneously, they all see each other during the zone change. As such, triggered abilities will trigger for each relevant permanent entering/leaving.
