What kind of fetch lands can be used in a three color commander deck?

Narset is red,white,blue. can a fetch land that has one of the colors but not another? like flooded strand can b/w but could Polluted Delta blue/black?

Fetchlands do not have color identities, and all can be played in any commander deck. Even if you do not have any practical use for them, they can still be in the deck.

You can use any fetch land in any commander deck because they have a colorless color identity because of the lack of mana symbols on them.
