What is the extent of what Jace, Telepath Unbound Flip's second ability can do?

Can the second ability of Jace, Telepath Unbound  ^Flip let you use alternate casting costs, such as overload?

The ability only changes the zones from which you may legally cast the card. It doesn't change anything else. If you could normally cast it for an alternate cost that isn't zone-specific, you may pay that cost when casting it from the graveyard.
