What if my opponesnt copies Travers the Outlands?

My question is this: If I cast Traverse the Outlands, and my highest power is 10, and my opponents copies the spell, their highest power being 5, do they search for 5 basic lands or 10?

The answer is 5.
The "you" in the text of the spell refers to the spell's controller, which is usually the person who played it. If an opponent copies your spell, the copy is created under their control on the stack, so it will check their permanents.
