What happens when two things try to exile a spell SIMULTANEOUSLY?

If I cast a spell that exiles itself as part of the resolution but with Cast Through Time giving it rebound (exile it as it resolves), does it rebound? Examples are Time Reversal and Vengeful Rebirth .

no, because the full rules of rebound state that you exile the card as it hits the graveyard. since those cards never hit the graveyard, they dont rebound.

702.86a Rebound appears on some instants and sorceries. It represents a static ability that functions while the spell is on the stack and may create a delayed triggered ability. "Rebound" means "If this spell was cast from your hand, instead of putting it into your graveyard as it resolves, exile it and, at the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost."

608.2k As the final part of an instant or sorcery spell's resolution, the spell is put into its owner's graveyard. As the final part of an abilitys resolution, the ability is removed from the stack and ceases to exist.

Since the example spells are exiled as part of the process of their resolution, they never hit the graveyard, and therefore the replacement event that allows rebound to work cannot occur. The spell will be exiled through its resolution, and you will not get to rebound it.

Darn. I saw the rebound thing "as it resolves" and thought it was like the difference between "when this enters the battlefield" effects and "as this enters the battlefield" effects. Well, thanks.

the one that resolves first removes the permanent from the game,

the one that resolves last is countered as its target is nolonger in play
