What happens if you miracle Temporal Mastery on your opponent's turn?

I appreciate if you miracle Temporal Mastery on your turn, it's great because you take another turn after that one (granting you two turns).
However, what happens if you Think Twice on your opponent's turn, and miracle a Temporal Mastery .
Third question, I assume you can't Think Twice before you untap on your turn as no player has priority here, right?

The same thing still happens. You take an extra turn after the current one. Your extra turn will be inserted into the turn order just before your normal turn, so you will still end up with two back-to-back turns.
Your assumption about Think Twice is correct. Players don't get priority at all during the untap step.

Not sure you can cast Temporal Mastery , even at miracle cost, on your opponent's turn. It's a sorcery.

Nevermind, it seems the miracle "ignore any timing restrictions"

I'm fairly certain you take 2 turns after your opponent takes his/hers.
Correct; no one gets priority until the upkeep step.
