What happens if I cast Blasphemous Act under Epic Experiment?

If my opponent has creatures on field then Blasphemous Act says it costs 1 less for each creature on the field. If I cast Epic Experiment for 7 and my opponent has 2 creatures on field, do I get to cast Blasphemous Act?

The converted mana cost of a card is always the same, regardless of whether or not the final casting cost is different. Blasphemous Act 's CMC, as smoompa said, is 9. That's what Epic Experiment cares about.

Sadly, no. Since Blasphemous Act has a converted mana cost of 9, you can only cast it through Epic Experiment if you can pay 9
