Undying and Ground Seal

Sorry about all those extra posts. I got logged out while typing the question, then the site bugged out on me when I went to submit it.

Does Ground Seal stop undying? The reminder text of undying (i.e. Geralf's Messenger ) doesn't use the word "target," but since it says "this creature" I wasn't sure if it was referencing itself as a form of targeting.

No Ground Seal doesn't stop Undying because Undying doesn't target the Graveyard or anything.

A spell or ability doesn't target unless it explicitly says the word target. Undying doesn't target, so Ground Seal doesn't affect it.
