Transcendence + Zedruu the Greathearted

Will you lose the game at once if you cast Transcendence in an edh game before giving it away with Zedruu the Greathearted ?
So in response to resolving, the ability to lose the game stack then I donate the enchantment to another player, will I still lose?
and if the player does lose before me, does the enchantment go back to me after the player leaves the game or does it vanish?

For the second part of your question: part of what happens when a player loses is that any effects giving him control of objects end. When your opponent dies the Transcendence comes back to you. This is important, because it means that if you have enough mana left you can pass it to another opponent before your own "lose the game" trigger resolves.

When you cast Transcendence , the "when you have 20 or more life" ability will trigger. You can respond to this with Zedruu's ability. Zedruu's ability will resolve and the opponent gains control of Transcendence. Then the Transcendence trigger will go on the stack again. It will resolve, the opponent will lose the game, and then the first trigger will resolve and you will lose too.
The only point I'm not sure about is what happens to Transcendence . When a player loses, all their stuff ceases to exist but if you own one of their permanents, I guess it would be exiled.
