Attacking:Creature (a) 1/1Creature (b) 3/3Blocking:Creature (c) 2/2
If creature (a) is blocked by creature (c)Can i then use creature (b) with time to feed to save it?And after that, then attack with normal combat damage with creature (c) ?

So a 1/1 is being blocked by a 2/2?
This means you have entered the combat phase, declared attackers in the declare attackers step, and declared blockers. I assume you are currently still in the declare blockers step.
No. Time to feed is a sorcery card. It can be cast during your main phase, while the stack is empty. As the current game state does not match the timing permissions, you cannot cast it.
If you have a way to give Time to feed flash, or something similar, you could use it with your 3/3 to kill his 2/2, but your 1/1 is still considered blocked and will deal no combat damage to the defending player (unless it has trample).
And after that, then attack with normal combat damage with creature (c) ?
No. You have already declared attackers, you do not normally have another chance to declare any attackers. Note that damage from "fight" mechanics are in no way related to combat, nor combat damage. Casting something on your creature that makes it "fight" another is not placing your creature into combat.

Please link all cards in question.
Time to Feed
Time to Feed is a sorcery, so you cannot cast it during the combat phase. Let's use Pit Fight instead.
You can use Pit Fight whenever you have priority. You could certainly use it to kill creature (c) with creature (b). If you do this after blockers have been declared, (b) will deal damage to the opposing player but (a) will not. If you do this before blockers, then both of your creatures will deal damage to the opposing player (assuming nothing else happens).
