Threads of Disloyalty vs. Vines of Vastwood

If I control a Blighted Agent with Threads of Disloyalty, can my opponent use Vines of Vastwood to target his Blighted Agent (on the next turn) to make Threads of Disloyalty go to the graveyard for not having a legal target?

No. Hexproof and Shroud only prevent -targeting- from happening. Once something is attached to a permanent, giving it shroud or hexproof won't make the thing fall off.

The way you make enchantments and equipment fall off of permanents is to give that permanent protection from the relevant colour.
