the key to the vault

tezzeret makes Time Vault a 5/5 artifact creature...i enchant with Vigilance ...next turn...as Voltaic Key is in play i untap Time Vault ..i attack with 5/5 vigilance Time Vault ...2nd main phase i tap for an extra turn as its permanent abilities state...i get to take my turn after the previous one..but Time Vault doesnt untap so...i tap one mana an use a Voltaic Key to untap...attack for 5/5 and 2nd main phase..i tap for another extra turn..Q1.is this correct

Yes. Time Vault only states that it doesn't untap during its controller's untap step. It does not create a condition that does not allow it to be untapped by secondary effects. If you untap it with Voltaic Key , Unbender Tine , Seedborn Muse , etc, then you're good to go.

nice' an if you can figure a way to keep your opponent casting blue spells on your turn...then ya gots ya self some extra turns with Seedtime ...im out of ideas
