Temporal Mastery + Narset Transcendent

If I activate Narset Transcendent's 2nd ability that gives my next instant or sorcery rebound, and then cast Temporal Mastery will it rebound or will the cards exile effect trigger first.

Temporal Mastery will get exiled...as part of its resolution. So no, you won't be able to rebound it.

Also, as quoted from Gatherer

If a spell that exiles itself as part of its own resolution, such as Volcanic Vision, gains rebound, the ability that lets you cast the spell again wont be created. The spell will simply be exiled
