Greatsword is incorrect.
Infect damage dealt to creatures is still damage dealt. Just because it results in -1/-1 counters being placed on those creatures rather than damage being marked on them does not mean the damage doesn't happen (even reading 119.3d tells you "Damage dealt to a creature by a source with wither and/or infect . . .").
Second, Stuffy Doll does not have infect. Since Stuffy Doll is the source of the damage its ability deals, that damage will be normal damage regardless of what type of damage is dealt to Stuffy Doll .
Third, Stuffy Doll will die because its toughness will be reduced to 0 or less (it's a 0/1 and will get ten -1/-1 counters, making it a -10/-9). Its ability will still trigger because it was dealt damage, so your opponent will take 10 damage when that ability resolves.

Interesting. It linked to Greatsword rather than GreatSword...

Stuffy doll will die, and your opponent will not take any damage. Infect never deals damage to creatures, it puts X -1/-1 counters on the creatures.
119.3d Damage dealt to a creature by a source with wither and/or infect causes that many -1/-1 counters to be put on that creature.
