Strionic Resonator + The Flame of Keld

Can Strionic Resonator copy the first ability of The Flame of Keld and for that matter other sagas.
Yes it can as they are triggered abilities - the first chapter is an enter the battlefield triggered ability. The saga you mentioned is kind of pointless to copy as the copy would have you discard an empty hand.
The other chapters are triggered at the beginning of the controller's pre combat main phase, and can also be copied.

Just in case this is also part of your question: The first ability of The Flame of Keld doesn't have any targets (it doesn't specifically use the word "target" anywhere in the text). You can't use Strionic Resonator to make another player discard their hand with a copy of the ability.

Chapter abilities on sagas are triggered abilities, so yes, Strionic Resonator can copy them.
