Storage Matrix and Hokori, Dust Drinker interactions

I'm not sure why this confuses me so much, but it does. So If I have both on the battlefield and it's my opponents untap step, if they choose Land of the Storage Matrix trigger will they untap all of their lands? Or just one because of Hokori, Dust Drinker ? I've read the rulings on it and it's still a bit unclear to me so please don't quote some rules section. THANKS SO MUCH!

I want to add that Hokori, Dust Drinker 's triggered ability to untap a land is entirely separate and happens on the upkeep phase. It doesn't interact directly with either his static ability or Storage Matrix .
Generally "can't" or "don't" overrides "can" or "do" by the way.

Storage Matrix modifies the rules for untapping permanents during untap steps by limiting them to a type of choice. Hokori, Dust Drinker , makes it that lands can't untap during untap steps. Generally, the situation is pretty simple. Because Matrix doesn't directly make you untap anything, rather only limits what can be untapped, it doesn't interact with Hokori in any way. Hokori is still making players unable to untap their lands during their untap steps.
Simply put: I choose for the Matrix to allow me to untap lands only, oh, but Hokori makes me unable to. Bummer.
