Stasis Snare vs Gideon, Ally of Zendikar

Can I use Stasis Snare to target Gideon, Ally of Zendikar in his creature form (+1) and exile the planeswalker this way?

Yes. Stasis Snare's ability only cares that the target is a creature while the ability is on the stack. After the ability resolves, the target creature is exiled, and the exile effect applies to it regardless of what it is in exile. When Stasis Snare leaves the battlefield, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar will reenter the battlefield under its owner's control and with 4 loyalty counters on it.
