Sigil Captain + Glorious Anthem

If I have both Sigil Captain and Glorious Athem on the battlefield, and then I cast something like Sprout Swarm , does my token get the two +1/+1 counters, or is it already a 2/2 when it enters the battlefield?

The creature will already be a 2/2 when it enters the battlefield, so Sigil Captain 's ability won't trigger. Static effects like those of Glorious Anthem begin to affect a permanent as it enters the battlefield.
