Sigarda’s Aid

Does Sigarda's Aid cancel out O-Naginata equip restriction? In other words, if I cast O-Naginata with Sigarda's Aid on the battlefield, can I equip to a creature of any power?
However it's unlikely for O-Naginata to ever be equipped to a creature with power 2 or less, as it provides +3/+0. The important thing though is rule 301.5b:
301.5b [...] If an effect attempts to attach an Equipment to an object that can't be equipped by it, the Equipment doesn't move.
So when Sigarda's Aid's triggered ability resolves, O-Naginata won't equip to the targetted creature if it's power is 2 or less, because it cannot be equipped.
On Pieguy396's remark though, if a creature already equipped with O-Naginata somehow drops below power 3 (possibly from a Disorient) the O-Naginata will automatically unequip itself, and need to be reequipped once the effect wears off.
Pieguy396 says... #1
No, it does not. If O-Naginata somehow becomes equipped to a creature with power 2 or less, it will fall off as a state-based action.
