If I use the ability of Cabal Coffers would Blood Crypt count as a swamp? In other words, does it count as a swamp? Thanks for any advice.

Yes. Blood Crypt has the basic land types Swamp and Mountain. Therefore, it's both a Swamp and a Mountain. Effects that care about either or both of those land types will count Blood Crypt.
