You drain each opponent for three life! Notice the difference in wording between Sanctum Seeker and Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle - "Whenever a Vampire you control attacks, ..." vs. "Whenever one or more (nontoken) Vampires you control attack, ...". Sanctum Seeker drains your opponents for one life per vampire attacking, whereas Mavren Fein only makes one token, no matter how many vampires are attacking.
