Sakashima, the aeons torn

I have an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and I want another one. I cast Sakashima the Impostor and I choose emrakul. Does Sakashima activate emrakul's (or any other similar effect) casting ability? ie. the extra turn.

I wouldn't advise doing that even if she did trigger it seeing as both Emrakuls would die as soon as she hit the table.

I'm not actually sure it would die. I don't think it would. It keeps it's name so technically, you don't have two Emrakuls, just two 15/15 annihilator 6 protection from colored spells... correct me if I'm wrong please

you are correct legendary creatures check name for the legendary rule meaning that you can have to emrakuls if one is named sakashima

Emrakul's extra-turn ability triggers when he's cast, and Sakashima's copy ability is applied as he enters the battlefield, which is long after he gets cast. This means Sakashima doesn't have the ability at the time it would trigger, so it can't trigger.
