Roil Elemental take control question

So lets say I have a Roil Elemental and I take my opponents creature. Then I use Memnarch to make it an artifact and take control of it (even though I already have control of it).Then Roil Elemental dies,what happens to the creature that I took control of? Do I keep it because I also have Memnarch control on it? Thanks.

Yes, you keep it. When the control-changing effect of Roil Elemental ends, the one from Memnarch still exists.
