Reaper of the Wilds and the stack

Say I have a Reaper of the Wilds , 3 elvish mystic]]s and Dark Prophecy on the field. If the 3 Elvish Mystic s are killed by Bile Blight , could I resolve the 1st reaper trigger (scry the 1st card) before deciding what trigger comes next? If I want to draw that card could i say the Dark Prophecy resolves next, so i draw that card, then resolve the remaining reaper triggers, or do I have to announce the order before they start resolving?

No, as they are all triggered at the same time, you have to decide how they are placed on the stack directly after Bile Blight resolves.
